If you are using one of our SugarCRM hosting plans, you may want to try out one of the SugarCRM iPhone Apps, KinitoPro.  KinitoPro for SugarCRM is an updated version of iSugarCRM that is completely free and works with your Hosted SugarCRM solution.  Formerly the KinitoCRM Lite iPhone app was the only free version, and now the KinitoPro is offered for Free as well.

How to install SugarCRM on a Linux Hosting Account

This guide will walk you through Installing and Setting up SugarCRM in a Linux Hosting Environment.  At RackWire.com we provide FREE SugarCRM Installation and Hosting to all of our Linux Hosting Customers.  This Guide will walk you through setting up a SugarCRM Environment for your Company or Sales Team.  

Step 1.  To install SugarCRM into your Linux Hosting Package, login to your Linux Hosting cPanel Control Panel Account.  You can find your Login Details in the RackWire.com Client Area.  Click on the Softaculous Link.

Step 2. Scroll Down to SugarCRM, and click on Install link at the top of the screen.  Choose the Domain or Sub-Domain you want to install SugarCRM in.  Note: we can even host your SugarCRM even if we do not host your domain or website.  Simply point your CRM.domainname.com DNS Pointer to our SugarCRM System.

Step 3. Choose a Database Name, Admin User/Password and Installation Directory.  To use the Root Directory, leave the “In Directory” Field Blank.  Then Click Install.
