How to Access your Webmail e-mail on RackWire.com

Once you sign up for a hosting package and domain, you should get a welcome e-mail with your Webmail URL, admin username, and password. Unless you have upgraded your account to Exchange e-mail, your webmail is powered by SmarterMail. Webmail is included with all Hosting Packages, not VPS and Dedicated Servers.

To Access webmail, go to http://mail.yourdomain.com after your domain has propagated. Note, it may take up to 24 hours for your domain name to propagate. Please replace the yourdomain.com with the actual domain name that you purchased.

Prior to propagation, and even after, you can always access http://mail.RackWire.com and log in using your username and password. Be sure to type in the full domain when accessing webmail, shown in the screenshot below. Still having trouble? Please contact support and we will be glad to help you.
